We value:
- Friendly
- Be nice to your fellow guildies, be nice to your fellow Warcraft players unless you're an officer.
- Funny
- Be willing to crack jokes, be willing to dish and be dished "Your mom" jokes
- Helpful
- Be willing to go on 5-man runs to gear people up, even if you don't need anything out of that particular instance; do this even for alts
- Punctual
- Be on time for scheduled events when you're on the roster. If you cannot make it, let the raid leader know! It doesn't take that much time to send an in-game mail. Unless you're the guild leader, then you can skip whenever.
We loathe:
- Drama Queens
- We have no tolerance for loot drama, raid roster drama, or really any sort of drama. Unless it's an officer, then it's ok.
- Loot Whores
- Pay attention when fellow guildies roll on items; take the time to look at what their upgrade is compared to yours; has it been a while since they've gotten something? There's no hard-and-fast rule here, but a little attention goes a long way. We're OK with real-life whores though.
