Raiding Policies
Raid Timing
- Invites: 30 minutes prior to start time.
- Zone/Buffs: On the hour.
- Wait Time: At 5 minutes until raid start time if you are not in raid you forfeit your spot to standby raiders. If you notify a raider or officer of your approximate late time, it is possible for a spot to be saved, but this is never guaranteed.
- Duration: Thurs, generally ~2 hours. Sat, generally ~2.5 hours. Be prepared to stay for the full duration of the raid.
Sign ups will be available on the in-game calendar. Return to Top
Raiding Invite Policy
- Must meet minimum requirements
- Must be signed up as "Available" on in-game calendar
- If you are asked to step out of the raid for balance, you will be guaranteed a spot in the next week's raid.
Never forget: class balance is always a factor in priority. You will always be notified with an explanation if you are asked to step up to or down from a raid. Return to Top
Loot Distribution
- Per raid night you may obtain 1 Mainspec and 1 Offspec piece of loot
- Roll for initial piece is out of 100
- Any roll after the initial MS and OS piece is 1-1 to express interest
- Mainspec rolls generally take priority over Offspec

Raid Preparation
Besides being on time to raids, raiders are expected to be prepared in other ways as well:
- Have all required mods downloaded and set up for use.
- Have all necessary consumables.
- Have fully repaired gear.
General Policies
Mentality
- Zealots of Cloister has a positive and upbeat mentality about things. And we love cheating whores.
Responsibility
- Zealots of Cloister is a guild always willing to help each other improve and do their best in the game. However, we require everyone take a modicum of responsibility for their roles. Make sure your gear is enchanted, your glyphs are correct, and you're doing the very best you can in your chosen role.
Drama
- NO DRAMA. Period. Zealots of Cloister has had negative experiences with drama in the past, and will not have a part in it anymore. Drama can and will result in:
- Getting booted from a raid.
- Getting booted from the guild.
- People not liking you because you're a whiny little pain in the ass.
- If you have a legitimate complaint, however, please send a tell or PM to an Officer. Officers do not need to follow these rules.
Decency
- Friendliness is something we in Zealots of Cloister enjoy. If you are frustrated, we ask that you not yell and shout names at your frustration; trash-talking is considered poor form (outside of opponents in PVP or bosses we have just pwnt).
- Legitimate complaints should, as usual, be addressed to an Officer via tell or PM. Again, Officers are exempt.
